Vijay Mudaliar, HR Consultant

Vijay Mudaliar,  is an HR Consultant with a mission to ‘Achieve the Synergy of employee aspirations and organizational goals’.  His career tapestry of 28 years in Oil & Gas, Telecom, Media, FMCG, Consultancy and Construction Industries, has enriched his experience and competencies to provide strategic & transformational HR advisory services.  He has Degree in Commerce, Law and Masters Degree in HRD from premier institutions in India.  He has the highest professional certifications in HR and is a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, UK (Chartered FCIPD) and a Senior Certified Professional from Society for Human Resource Management, USA (SHRM-SCP).  He is an avid disciple of harnessing the potential of Human Resources and has worked with Accenture, E&Y, Gallup, KPMG, Deloitte and Mercer on large scale HR projects that have transformed organization capabilities and achieved unprecedented results.  He is adept in Project management and is Business, IT and Finance Savvy. 

Maitreya Chandrasekaran – Stategic HR Advisor

Maitreya is an accomplished HR Leader with over 25 years of experience having held senior roles at Standard Chartered, HSBC, Emirates NBD and DIB Banks.  Maitreya has been instrumental in driving HR Strategy across a range of project, including mergers, divestitures, and organic growth across different banking verticals and geographies.  Maitreya has led the design of competencies and assessment centres in various transformation and restructuring projects.  He has worked closely with renowned consultants such as McKinsey, Korn Ferry, mercer and Towers Perrin.  He is also a Total Rewards and Compensation Benefits Specialist having been Head of Rewards for Major Banks. Maitreya specializes in Compensation and Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Advisory Services and Strategic HR Consultancy projects that add substantial value to organizations.

Professor P J Mathew – Senior Consultant

Professor P J Mathew specializes in assisting organization in optimising their Supply Chain and achieve substantial cost savings and productivity.  Professor Mathew has 28 years’ experience in Senior Management in Shipping, Project Logistics Management and Multimodal Transport organizations in Canada, Saudi Arabia, India, Oman and UAE.  He also has 25 years’ experience in Corporate Training and Consultancy. Professor Mathew has been working as an Adjunct Faculty for 14 years at London School of Economics International Programme, University of Wollongong in Dubai, Heriot Watt, Dubai, IMT Dubai, University of Bolton, RAK, XLRI Dubai Campus & India. He holds MBA in HRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and is a Chartered Member of Logistics & Transport International, UK and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Supply Chain Management, UK. He has been the Professional Development Advisor for the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport International (CILT), UAE & GCC Countries.

M V Chandrashekar – Stategic HR Advisor

M V Chandrashekar, aka Chandra is an accomplished HR professional having worked with MNCs & Indian conglomerates for 37 years. out of which 25 years include responding to the Board.  During his career panning India he was engaged with teams in USA, Europe and Far East.  He holds a Masters Degree from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai India. He brings substantial experience to the table of managing all facets of the people side, be it talent inclusion, managing talent, succession planning, leadership development, organizational restructuring with cost-effective tools, organizational effectiveness and managing strategies for executive compensation.  He has successfully designed and implemented HR projects and interventions in key areas of Organizational Design and Restructuring, Competency Framework, Assessment and Development, Total Rewards, HR Policy and Procedures, Talent Planning and Acquisition.
