A Leading Software Development Agency in UAE is looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing.  The role holder will lead the Marketing and Sales Department and will be responsible for implementing Marketing and Sales plan to achieve a minimum sales target of AED 100 million p.a. 📋 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Adobe XD, Figma, or other design tools.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and devices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

✅ Requirements:

• Proficient in UI/UX, Photoshop, Illustrator, Graphic Designing, User Interface Designing, Web Designing, and UX.
• Familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, or other design tools.
• Strong research skills to understand user needs and preferences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as UI/UX Designer
